When a customer clicks on the 'Pay now' button during the checkout process but closes the payment window without finalising the transaction, it results in a cancelled transaction. In other words, the customer abandons the purchase at the payment stage, and the transaction status reflects this as cancelled.

  2. Common Reasons for Canceled Transactions: Several factors can contribute to customers cancelling transactions on Cosmofeed. Understanding these reasons can help both customers and merchants navigate such situations effectively. Here are some common causes:

    1. Changed Mind or Unintentional Closure: Customers may decide against making a purchase after clicking the 'Pay now' button due to a change of mind or a sudden shift in their circumstances. They might also unintentionally close the payment window, leading to a cancelled transaction.

    2. Technical Glitches or Network Issues: Technical problems such as slow internet connection, server errors, or glitches within the payment gateway can cause customers to abandon their transactions.

You can view all the cancelled transactions on the Transactions page in the 'Cancelled' tab. You can even export the data from there as a CSV.
