How can your customers access their purchases?

Follow the process to get the access to the purchases.
  1. For your customers to get access to their purchases, once they have made the payment to purchase the product. Click on the "sign in" button towards the top right.


  2. To proceed further, tap on the sign in button. 
    Note: This tab shows the access to all your previous purchases, to manage your account details and more. 
    Click on Sign in

  3. To get access to the purchased content, sign in with contact details like phone number and email address. After filling the details, complete the verification with an OTP.
    Click on Enter your Phone Number

  4. This section shows access to all the purchases made so far.
    Click on Purchases
