How to check Cancelled and Purchase transactions on Cosmofeed?

  1. On the left side of the page go to the "Transaction" tab.

  2. Under the “Cancelled” tab, you can see all of your abandoned carts.

  3. You will see all of your cancelled transactions in which you can see their Payment ID, Status, Date, Product type and Product name.

  4. Along with “Payment ID”.

    Click on PAYMENT ID

  5. To get more details click on the arrow which is shown below.

    Click on highlight

  6. You will have all the details of the user.

  7. And same goes for the “Purchase” Section.
