How to do your KYC?

In this comprehensive guide, we will walk you through the step-by-step process of completing your KYC on Cosmofeed. Completing your KYC is a crucial step that not only enhances your account security but also unlocks various exciting features and privileges.

Why KYC is important?

KYC is important to verify the identity of the customers or clients. You can accept the payments without any transaction limit.

  1. Login to your Cosmofeed account and click on the start KYC button under the Wallet tab. 



  2. Now, you will be guided through the steps to proceed with the further process to be followed.



  3. Then add basic details along with your your name which  will be used for the verification of Aadhaar and PAN details. After filling the details, click on the submit button.

  4. Verify Aadhaar with Digilocker to authenticate your documents from your Digilocker account.



  5.  Update your PAN card details which should match your details on Aadhaar card. Add PAN card number, name, date of birth and upload an image of your PAN card.

    Note: Make sure your photo isn't blurry and the front of your identity card clearly shows your face.




  6. Enter the details if you are a freelancer or a registered business along with your social media links, category, sub-category address, city, GSTIN, etc.


    In case of registered business, you will have to submit details of Business PAN, Authorised Signatory PAN, GSTIN and upload the Business Constitution Proof like Certificate of Incorporation or Registration Certificate from ROC.


  7. The next step is to take a selfie holding your PAN card. Make sure you are in the frame with good lighting and click on "Take Picture".

    Note: When submitting your documents, make ensure that your selfie, while holding your PAN card, is clear and visible. This helps us verify your identity more accurately.




  8. The example has been shown for the reference and make sure your entire face is visible while showing your PAN card to the camera. 


  9. Add bank information to which you would like to receive the payouts and all your earnings through Cosmofeed, along with the IFSC code, account number and upload a photo of bank proof which can be a canceled cheque, bank statement or a passbook.

    Important Note: Bank account details must match your Aadhaar/PAN information.



    You've successfully completed your KYC on Cosmofeed by verifying your identity, you've not only taken an essential step in protecting your account but also gained access to an array of exciting features and privileges.
