In this section, you can view the list of all the active and inactive members along with their contact details and email address. You can look at data for past 7 days or for a custom period. You can even segregate members based on filters accordingly.
For any member you can check the Active Plans and Validity along with the Activation date and Expiration date.
Click on the arrow button, to know more details of a specific member like the amount spent, account information and the active subscription.
Click on the Purchase tab if you want to know about the purchases this customer has made on all your products on cosmofeed.
To view the detailed history of the member, click on the Timeline tab.
You can also add new members by clicking on the Add Member tab.
To add a new member, fill the details of the member, like name, email address, phone number. You can even choose and select the plan to give access to the member, it can be for days, weeks, months, etc.
Click on the Export tab to get the list of all members. You can select the members you want to export and a CSV list of all members will be directly shared with you over your registered email.
