How to sell Digital Products?
Welcome to our guide on selling digital products through SuperProfile. In just a few simple steps, you'll learn how to create, set up, and publish your digital offerings, such as e-books, templates, and more. Let's get started on making your digital products available to your audience with ease and efficiency.
1. Go to your SuperProfile dashboard
- Log in to your account
- On the main page, click the "Create a product" button
2. Choose the product type
- In the "Create a product" popup, select "Sell Digital Files"
- This option allows you to sell e-books, PDF templates, audio files, images, videos, and more
3. Set up your digital product
- Click "Digital Products" on the next screen
- This lets you sell images, videos, music, documents, and other digital files. Once selected, click on the continue button.
4. Add product details
- Give your product a name
- Write a description explaining what customers will get
- Set the price for your digital product and you can limit the quantity while setting the product policy.
5. Set the details
- You can turn on the toggle to set the quantity limit

6. Enter page details
- Write the page title, description and button text while selecting the category
- You can also add sections of FAQ, social links and testimonials
7. Add the registration questions
- You can click on add question to ask from your customers
- Add checkout details, terms and conditions along with the thank you note and redirection URL link
- You can add the tracking of Meta Pixel and Google Analytics
7. Boost Sales and Advanced Options
- To increase your sales, you can create a "Bump Offer" an offer add-on product during checkout
- You can add the contact details like email address, phone number
- You can turn the toggle on for GST and page expiry, if you want.
Note: A bump offer is a limited time, discounted upsell presented during checkout to encourage customers to add an additional product or upgrade to their purchase.
8. Customise your page
- To customise your page you can select the template
- You can choose the color and then tick off the box before clicking on publish changes
You've successfully set up your digital product on SuperProfile! With your product now live, you can reach your audience and provide them with valuable content. Remember to create high-quality digital products that provide value to your customers. Regularly update your offerings to keep your store fresh and engaging.
