How to View Successful and Abandoned Transactions?

Tracking successful and abandoned transactions is key to understanding your customer journey and optimizing conversions. Here’s how you can view both types of transactions directly on your SuperProfile dashboard.

1. Log in to Your SuperProfile Account
Start by signing in using your registered email or phone number.

2. Navigate to the Payments Section
Once you're in, go to your dashboard and click on the "Transactions" tab. This section displays a list of all your recent purchases and payment activities.

3. Filter Transactions by Status

To narrow down your view:

  • For Successful Transactions:
    Click on the "Quick Filters" dropdown and select "Successful".

  • For Abandoned Transactions:
    Open the "Quick Filters" menu again and choose "Abandoned".

This lets you focus specifically on completed purchases or those that didn’t go through.

4. View Transaction Details
Click on any individual transaction to see:

  • Date – When the transaction occurred

  • Customer Info – Who attempted or completed the purchase

  • Product – What they tried to buy

  • Amount – The payment value

  • Status – Whether it was successful or abandoned

Use these insights to identify drop-off points, improve checkout flow, and better understand customer behavior.
